What went well // I successfully created a logo on Adobe Illustrator using the pen tool. The logo was accurately done with a good outcome. The logo looked professional once I played around with the outline giving it a messier edge to represent my personality, it also gave the logo an interesting look.
Even better if /// The corners were slightly rounded to give a more playful and not too serious look.
The only effects I used were to outline my letters and give it a messier outline, as well as this I played around with the outline thickness and colour and then settled with my current design. First I used the pen tool to cut out each of the letters, this did however leave me with an unproportionate design and shapes, so I fixed this by re-sizing the cut outs and changing the angles and positioning.
What went well /// I was able to experiment a lot with colour and outlining and get a better understanding of Adobe Illustrator.
Even Better if // I made the logos disgustingly different from one another instead of keeping to the limited style
What went well /// I successfully created a logo on Adobe Illustrator using the font and shape tool. The logo was accurately done with a good outcome. The logo looked professional and unique once I played around with the outline and filled it in with abstract geometric shapes to give the logo an interesting look.
Even better if // All of the spaces within the lettering was used up instead of having large blocs of empty white.
The only effects I used were the line/shape tool to create overlapping lines instead of each letter and played around with the thickness. I settled with the current design below, but made a few variations when experimenting.
